To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

A recognised carpentry/building trade qualification

Solid experience in new builds, renovations, and general construction

A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Own tools and reliable transport

Good communication and teamwork skills

Desirable (but not essential):

LBP registration

SiteSafe, First Aid, or other relevant tickets

We're looking for physically fit and reliable workers to join our team unloading catch from commercial fishing vessels. This is a hands-on role ideal for people who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a strong, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Unloading fish and seafood from boats at the wharf

Heavy lifting and repetitive manual handling

Working efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines

Maintaining cleanliness and safety on-site

What You’ll Need:

Strong physical fitness – heavy lifting involved

A team-focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in

Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check and drug test

Own transport is essential due to start times and location

Similar experience is desirable, but not essential
